Q:

5 Weeks.

What customer support takes over 5 weeks, never gets back to their customers and despite the simplicity of the initial request, NO effort or attempt was ever made to contact ME to troubleshoot or fix the issue. People should not have to troubleshoot on their own, little lone complain and ask or seek help from people having the same issues. I’ve been a big fan of the game for MANY years now. Despite my loyalty and obsession with this franchise I’ve never complained when something was broken, I’ve never spoke bitterly, in fact I’ve always recommended people to join…Not stay away from.

I’m quitting – DONE! With trying to seek help in order to simply have fun after a long day’s work, socialize or enjoy the small things that made me happy. I’m not asking to fix something for ME, I’m asking that you fix this ongoing issue so that you don’t lose any more people that may or may not be like me.

If you’re wondering – just look up the many tickets I’ve submitted over the last five (5) weeks. IF you can’t find the tickets that I’ve submitted, which by the way ALL have pictures uploaded displaying the same issues, then this Tech Support, this Customer Service really need some MAJOR overhaul, if this does not concern you as a business… then keep doing what you are doing and things will unfold as they need to.
