They don’t respond to ping requests. That’s normal. That’s why you’re seeing 100% packet loss at the .245 ip. They don’t want port scanners to know that there’s something sitting there listening for connections. So they drop the packets instead of accepting them or rejecting them.

No game server will ever be configured to respond to a ping for a litany of security reasons. Try a tracert (but keep in mind that only works TO the destination, not back to your PC).

Hi Zefrost,
As others have mentioned, that particular hop will always show 100% packet loss as our servers do not accept ghost packets for security reasons.
I would advise putting in a customer support ticket for our tech team to further assist you with this issue.
Well u are not alone in having problems with lag, alot of people including me have that problem atm, for atleast a week now its been bad.
Waiting for the linux port, wine makes my computer burn..
