Guild Wars 2

I’m using a gtx 670 and in only this game is the kepler boost not working. I have power management set to maximum performance but my gpu frequency stays locked at 1019 MHz and wont boost as it does in other games despite my framerate being below 60. Has anyone else had this problem, any solutions or ideas?

This game has a tendancy to overheat the hardwares eventough its not using them 100% all the time. So I’m assuming your gpu does not boost because of the thermal reasons, If im not mistaken those boost is adjusted there is enough thermal room to push up further.

There’s no need for the GPU to boost if you’re limited by the CPU.

My 680 will use its kepler boost. Try using supersampling to check. It could be your thermals but the 600 series cards run really cool.
Try to use single monitor as well(if your using a single monitor).
