Ok so I’m hoping you guys can help me. I keep getting a 7:11:3:189:101 error code ever since the maintenance a couple of hours ago. I can play for about 60 seconds and then it freezes and gives me the error code. Are you aware of this problem?

So i’ve been waiting for some hours now and gave it another try. It disconnected within 5 seconds of logging on to my character!!!! Is someone even working on this problem?

I am getting this error as well for the last half hour or so.

I have this problem as well. I’ve filed a bug report. The game will lag considerably and then disconnect me with this error code. Nothing has changed on my machine apart from this GW update.

Yes same problem here and same error code. Nothing changed and keep getting this every 5 mins – It has become unplayable since the last patch. I put in ticket and I even call my ISP and they always say it’s on Anet’s side and Anet always says it’s ISP side…
