8 days of waiting...
I am going on 8 days. I really want to receive a reply… any reply from them….
There probably is that many people in front of you… I mean battle.net got hacked so that is millions and millions of accounts and passwords at these scumbags’ hands….. but still slow replies or no replies at all is very aggravating.
If there are lots of people in front of me then I understand, but if there skipping around and stuff, I’m not ok with that, unless someone’s CC information is at risk or something, then I also understand.
oddly enough I am seeing a lot of people that got banned for exploiting getting their accounts back within a day.
I didn’t get banned, or hacked. I can see hacked people getting priority or something, but if you did something wrong you should have to wait, imo.
What I don’t get is that they want to prioritize log in problems first… my key was applied to a wrong account and I can’t log in…. seems like I should fall into that category… yet here it is…. 8 days later
You have the same problem as me then… Somethings amiss here.
from what i see there are many people who are waiting 10+ days and nothing…
most people are doing a charge back due to these problems not being handled.
I don’t think I’ve got an option to do a charge back, bought my game from GameStop, I might have to buy another copy, to play, but I think I’ll quit all together before that happens, just renew my WOW stuff…

yeah this is one of the worst flops since the d3 launch
a few of my friends did charge backs since they are tired of hearing nothing back on support issues, and then if they did hear back, have support reply with something that dosent even pertain to the question asked…

How did you apply the code to the account? I am in the same boat and I’d do this in a heartbeat if I knew I could get it to work correctly
Ok, this eluded me also, all you do is input your number, click you have an account already, then put in all your information the same as you did with your account the first time, and your display name the same, and look, at the numbers, so for you specifically it you will put in “Loyheta” and notice the numbers after it will say .7294 just like your account does already. Its literally that simple, makes me mad you cant just log in and add the number.
Yeah I just purchased another one and keep messing around…. just won’t give me the same number /cry
You need the information to be EXACTLY the same, your name b-day, everything.
That isn’t the problem. The problem is that when I enter my account info into the do you have a guild wars account (vague) I pick yes and enter the info but it keeps telling me it is wrong
I even logged into the account and changed the pw and it still doesn’t work
Even entering my emails or my account name (Loyheta.7294) every time it says it is not valid
It means your guildwars 2 account, and if you end up getting it right it will have you put in your name and stuff again. (you prolly know this).
OH- funny story after i got my new number and updated my ticket saying to close it and the reason why, they responded to me saying thanks for telling us.. -_- I’m just saying. WOW
LOLOLOL oh man…. so quick question… when you are filling out all your info and you got to the account name… did it give you the same number or a different number… because afaik I entered identical info…. and I did manage to get it to connect to my preexisting account
it gave me the same exact numbers, then i just clicked next, and all done, though it doesn’t tell you this anywhere on the gw2 site, i had to basically guess and check to do it, and i was sooooo worried about making a 3rd account, if that would have happened… i don’t even know….
So wait the .9634 was on your account before? Because i keep trying to enter the same info (why the heck would it not work since I know this stuff) and it keeps giving me a different number
connect it to loyheta.7294 account…. keeps trying to give me loyheta.3754 I already have loyheta.5638 this is making me VERY nervous
wait, you may have to validate your email before you can do it, if not, i don’t think i know how to help any more. you have to log in with the account you want to apply it to, i assume you are, but you said a few posts it up was saying invalid, so the only thing i know to do it validate it. =/

no I was entering the password wrong (mostly because I changed the password but it didn’t save in the system (wth?))
So unless Gaile is staying up late I doubt I will even gamble with this

I just decided to gamble… it changed my number but my character is still there!!!!!!
