To whomever reads these forums, I submitted a ticket almost a month ago, 8/25/2012, regarding not receiving my influence from using the tome of influence. I purchased the digital deluxe upgrade specifically for this benefit. I don’t mind waiting since there are other issues to be resolved first. But seriously it is taking much too long. Can I please get someone to work on this for me. The ticket is 120826-002212. Thanks!!!

Read the sticky about tickets going past 5 days without response.

Also remember that its a known bug and you have to wait for the devs to code a fix. Support cannot grant you the item as they do not have the ability to do so.
