Guild Wars 2

Hey there. I have been playing and running Guild Wars 2 just fine for the past three months until today when i received the error “A serious error has occurred that prevents the program from continuing to run” on the start up, login screen. I uninstalled the game as a result, but now when I go to install it again via disk i still receive this error. Please help!

Thanks Kirito, will give that a go. I don’t completely understand what the post means by overlays, but I’ll update and give it another run.
