I think that’s the BLTC browser. Are you running any particularly restrictive firewall/antivirus by any chance?

Look for software by Lavasoft and remove it. It’s what’s interfering with GW2 and causing the crash.

Some of LavaSoft’s software can be hidden. Try more than the first cursory search with the search bar. I know that’s how I found mine. It was piggy-backed in with Bing, which was hidden in a Windows update.

You can also check all add-ons in your browser’s options. (Firefox, Chrome, IE/Edge, or whatever you use.)

Good luck.

Apologies, it was Coherent UI I was thinking of. Lavasoft doesn’t appear to be related.

As long as you’re seeing this in the crash report, you still have Lavasoft interfering.

If you think you’ve removed all Lavasoft software, it may sill have remnants hooked into your system. You can try resetting it manually by opening a command prompt (cmd.exe) as an administrator and entering the following commands, then reboot:

netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
