You should edit your post to remove the email address for security as this is half of someone’s login information. Also it is never a good idea to post an email address on a public webpage because spammers use spiders to crawl website and gather those addresses to add to their spam list.

Support requests are handled in the order they are received so posting here asking to have his request expedited probably won’t accomplish much. If your friend submitted a support ticket and it has been over 3 days (72 hours) since he has done so you can post the ticket number for review in the “3 days & older” sticky thread.

He told me to write it himself, and second of all, i need help not some random person telling me what to do or not to do.

Okay good luck then. You still should remove the email address from your post.

He needs to create a ticket with support.

They will help him recover his account. No one on the forum, not even ANet staff, can help him. He has to submit a ticket to support and wait for them to get to his ticket. If he hasn’t already made a ticket.

If he has made a ticket, make sure he does not submit any additional tickets. It will slow down the response as it basically pushes him to the back of the line each time.

And yes, you should remove his email from the post even if he told you to post it.
