AMD's fx 6300' work with gw2!
The FX6300 will be good for ya as long as you dont run 1080P for a resolution (1366×768 would give the best performance, but it should do decent at 1600×900 as well).
I hope you got atleast 4GB of ram and a Decent Video card (I would take nothing less then a HD7790 at this point for this game).

In PVE it’ll do the game at max settings with 1080p at around 30-40 fps not in cities. Turning off shadows and reflections can fill the gap a bit more. Buddy of mine has a computer with an FX 6300 and a Radeon HD 7770 and it played fairly well.
Dont expect great performance in Busy cities like LA, or busy events like WvW and large dynamic pve events. in such cases ull likely get sub 20 FPS.
PvE however should be fine. Dont put reflection on All, i say that to everyone, doesnt matter what rig ur running, dont have it on ‘All’ it renders reflections underground and puts extra load on ur CPU tanking performance. Have it ether ‘Off’ or on ‘terrain and Sky’ .
