I am not able to play. Everytime I log in, the game starts, after five min I get this message, then my laptop freezes, cant do anything. I have to shut down the laptop. I turn on the laptop, start the game and same thing, five min of game play and the same message comes up. Cant click on any of the buttons. My laptop is fully updated and still cant play. What do I have to do to get rid of the error message to play. I am attaching the pic of the error message. I have played this game for over a year now and now I get this message.

You need to click the “Show details >>” button to see the actual error.

Hey, I cant click on the buttons at all, once that shows my laptop immediately freezes.
Dell inspiron laptop 2 years old, wind 7 64, intel core i5, Updated all drivers yesterday and still cant get into the game, the error message prevents me from doing anything. I have ran malewarebyts and Norton and cant find a thing wrong with the laptop.
