I was recently looking through my character’s bags and bank to try to find my horn and could not find it. At first I decided tha that couldn’t be too large of an issue.. until I realize that you have to PAY 800 GEMS AGAIN to get it back. Unless, I’m missing something, I demand a refund on the 800 gems for the fact that the item is not reclaimable. I did not delete the item as far as I can tell, but it is in none of my character’s bags nor banks.

Contact support using the tab at the top of the page then ‘Ask a Question’. No one on a forum can give you a refund.

FYI – Anet isn’t required to offer any refunds for player mistakes, esp. deleting a Gem Store item. It’s nice if they do though.
