Hello everyone,

My wife lost her game key and she cannot recover her account, she submitted a ticket yesterday but so far 24 hours have passed with no response, is this normal? Her account is Gottin.8531 and I bought her the game, unfortunately, Microsoft deleted several of her old emails on their outlook.com server and she cannot recover her cd key.

She should have received the automated response almost immediately. If not, she can peruse the FAQ Sticky (Not Getting Our Emails) above.

If so, the CS Team allows themselves 72 hours to respond. If, after 72 hours, there is no reply, she can post in the Sticky, ‘Tickets for Review’.
