Hello there. My acc is suspended for 3rd day. I have made many tickets and i have no respond from you wtf is going on srsly? are you close at the weekends or something?
This is a stupid joke if you dont know how to work close the company srsly….

From what I can gather from watching the forums here is that, Yes, they are working this weekend, though they may have a smaller weekend staff, I do not know.

Just an FYI tho, it’s been stated many times that they frown on people making more than 1 ticket for a single issue. There are instruction in the support section of this site to close tickets. Chances are they will get to you faster if you follow their instructions.

Srsly, stop spamming. Write a ticket and wait. How could someone not see what’s happening. There are people who wait for already more than a week.

I dont have company who works with one million costumers but when you make a company that is gonna work with that amount of costumers you have to support them…. so big companys has to be sure that they can support them

How it damages your opinion about Arena-Net is a total different story – and believe me, nobody cares what you think, no matter where, it just doesn’t matter except to your family. Next time you’ll be more carefull buying something from them or draw other conclusions – it’s your choice.
