Hi,

I updated my client yesterday but was met with a message that said that my account may have been accessed by an unauthorized individual and that my account has been suspended. I checked my email and found two messages from ANet to authenticate my account. I proceeded to do so and checked the small box to remember/allow this IP. When I try to log-in via client, I’m met with the same message. I figured authentication just took a while to kick in but I STILL can’t log in. Why is that?

If you sent a ticket 14 hours ago, please, be a little bit more patient, as these issues tend to get resolved after some hours.
