I have three accounts, two GW2 and 1 GW. Of those, I can only access 1. I have linked my accounts, reset the password repeatedly with no success.

I’ve just spent 40 odd minutes trying to get through the automated ticket submit system.

I SUBMITTED A TICKET ON THIS ISSUE WEEKS AGO AND ANET HAS NOT EVEN BOTHERED TO REPLY.

I would like all my accounts to be moved to this email and given working passwords.

Any Guild Wars 1 access issues are back-logged, and will be addressed once the ticket makes it through the queue. Presently, the wait time is weeks/months.

You can update your ticket by responding to the email the CS Team sent, (automated or other).

You can post your ticket number in the pertinent Sticky above for review, if you so desire.
