You should look at a couple forums, like one right next to this before posting a new thread. People are having the same problems as you.
Precisely. Judging by the number of topics on the subject, this at least give us the information that something wrong is going on, and not necessarily on users part, but maybe on the way Anet seems to """"""prevent"""""" (lots of quotes here, because that’s highly uncertain) hacking. Maybe they have tried a new way of detecting hacking attempt and it’s not working as intended, like creating false positive.
Anyway, that was a good idea to create a topic, because maybe that will encourage Anet to communicate on the subject.
Your right, it is best for EVERYONE who has the same problem to post a new thread what issue they are having. So maybe every thread will read HACKED HACKED HACKED, I haven’t received my gems it, etc.. The GM or Devs will just lock each thread that the issue has been addressed so its a waste. Obviously, if they see a large number of people on one thread they aren’t going to ignore it.
I could not log into my submit a ticket account either and reset the password there. Once I had that fixed, I could get in and continue on to submit my ticket.
I will try resting but it did not work last time i tried.

Well, good news is…is that you don’t have to log into the account support to send in a ticket. You can simply do it by just putting in your email.

I read that it is good to go ahead and put your CD key, a character, and the account name in the info because they will more than likely just ask you for it in the future. Save’s you time.
I did it willingly i trust them with that information.
I did the same thing too.
I go to work soon hopefully they will resolve these problems by the end of my shift so I can play.
