Misclicks happen;) I doubt neither you, nor your gildie would get in trouble just for one false report. There is probably some script buried deep in their servers that only flags accounts with multiple reports.

what Marmalade said. If people get banned for just being reported once then no one would be playing GW2!
Don’t sweat, I doubt that your guildie will get banned, and I doubt that you’ll get some kind of ‘criminal’ record for misclicking.
As for your 2 gold I hope you get it back.
