Probably i have accidentaly selled one of my ascended greatswords (the one with the Greatsaw skin) to a NPC vendors. Is possible to have it back.

if you havent opened a ticket under support yet, you may need to. Opened my ticket 3 days ago with no response yet. They are experiencing heavy traffic atm. Had same thing happened to me, 2 ascended 1handers, i know i wouldnt vendor pink items, and i didnt have any ascended salvage kits at the time. Already checked bank several times and all my different characters for possible misplacement. Double check those things as well if you havent already.

It might be a good idea to invest in an “Invisible Bag”, keep those valuable items in it and they won’t show up at vendor windows.

Two other points:

• If you accidentally sell to a vendor, the item is available in the ‘buy back’ tab until you exit the map.
• Your greatsaw skin is still available in the wardrobe (although obviously, the ascended weapon is valuable, too).

Also Khurzt is correct: you need to open a support ticket. Customer Service needs one in order to take a look at your account.
