I purchased the digital deluxe edition last night.

Can these items be restored or am I out of luck? Namely, everything besides the golem banker and the letter of influence is unavailable. The character that was deleted was level 9, so it’s not a big deal that it was deleted but I really hope I can get these items restored on a different character because I did pay $20 extra for the digital deluxe.

Support will often restore lost items in situations like yours but not the character. You will need to contact support following the support link at the top of the page then the submit a request link located on the top right of that page.

Oh, yeah, I don’t care about the character at all. It was only level 9 and I’m not even sure I want to play a ranger after all—that was part of the confusion that happened this afternoon. Only five character slots and I want to try each profession.

You can purchase additional character slots with gems, either by converting gold (it will take a lot) or using money. You can have up to 64 character slots (at this time) as well.

Good to know for future reference. I’m kind of po’ right now so I probably won’t do that in the near-ish future.
