Last night was my 1 year anniversary of my account activation. I was given a Mini by Arena Net but when i looked today, my Mini wasnt there anymore and i didnt use it

Minis are collectibles – did you check the collection’s tab in the bank?

i just saw now, my minis are gone, they not even in the bank. i havent even used them
