Guild Wars 2

I am recently attempting to return to the game, I quit due to a divorce and not having the funds, I get the installer downloaded and enter my information after having to change my password so i can log in and am told my account was perma banned due to many issues such as botting and a few other things.

I have not played GW 2 in over two years and last time I logged on there were no issues. I have never botted nor used any macors ro 3rd party software to over come gaming rules or anything.

What can i do to fix this?

You need to raise a ticket with support – see the sticky above. It seems your account has been hacked. Your email address may also be compromised so make a new , unique one and ask support to change your account to use that.
