Just got home, went to login. And it says my account is banned for botting? I have never used a bot or nor how too, would really like to know what is going on?! First game I have ever bought that i was banned. This mistake should be fixed.

You will need to file a support ticket and wait for someone on the Support Team to get back to you. Be prepared that this may not happen immediately, it could take 24-48 hours before they work their way through the tickets that are ahead of you.

We’re caught unfairly in some sort of dragnet and we have to wait 24-48. Was everyone who played near a bot at some time banned? Won’t have many real players left in the game if you keep doing this.

Found the same thing on my account. I say its a an error on few accounts, I will log in a bit later and see

Same here. I was playing all afternoon and then logged in the same eevening to find I was banned. Raised a ticket last night. Still no change this morning.
