Q:

I logged in for the first time today in over a week and got a message that the account “may have been accessed by a non-authorized individual.” So I posted a ticket.

I used the “Recover Account” feature on your website and was allowed to reset my password, but still cannot log in to GW2.

My password is completely unique to this game and I have never given it to anyone, not even my wife

I know you guys reported attempts to hack many passwords a month or so ago, but I assumed you had resolved that issue back then.

Appreciate if someone could reset the account and let me know when I can get back in. Friends are awaiting.

I would imagine that you have to submit a support ticket and wait for their reply.
