I’m posting this from a friend’s account, today I tried to login, I couldn’t it said: The Email you entered was not found, If you have an active game account, please try again.
I can’t login from anywhere, I had a lvl 62 character and some other lower level characters, I had my own guild, so how does this make my account not active?

I read that if you have been asked to validate a new email, you should say no because it could be hackers, but I never received an email, so did my account just vanish?
I’m not planning on starting over again.

FYI – the same thing happened to my wife’s account. We poked around for a good 20 minutes trying to figure out what happened, then while she was sending in a support ticket I tried to log in to her account on my PC just to rule out some odd PC problem. I connected just fine, then she tried again on hers and got in. I’m not sure what happened, but I’d recommend waiting 30 minutes to an hour and trying again, and then if it’s still whacked out send in a ticket to support.

This happened to my girlfriend’s father last night. I will let him know your suggestion Maximus and try to log into his account from my computer and see what happens. Never thought of that. Hopefully it will work.

Ok so I did get the mail that my email changed, and I don’t even get to approve that?
That’s just ridiculous, thanks alot arenanet team, jeez.
