My account was hacked earlier today, however i am still able to access my account, but all my items were gone, they were all put on the trading post i was able to recover some of them, and also all my in game money is gone.
I’ve got a support ticket, so i was wandering if anet or ncsoft will be able to roll back my account? because i do not wish to spent another 50+ hours farming all the ore’s, gems and stuff again. If not then i probably will not play the game, because it seems waste of time.
answer: no, no roll back right now. You must wait but it can take weeks or months before they give us items/characters back. I just deleted my characters, but before I send what left to my friend, created new character, she send me all back and I play now.
It is sad that the devs do not restore items/characters right now.
