I find it kinda strange why an hacker would put up a mobile authenticator up. But as said, support will help you.

yeah I probably should have written down the ticket number..guess i’ll be waiting lol
yeah I thought it was weird too, but i’ve had an issue in the past with another game, I was stupid enough to keep using the same email after I secured it. All I can say is i’ve never owned, downloaded or even looked at a mobile authenticator, yet it’s asking me for the code, hasn’t done it ever before until I logged back in to see my things gone, then I logged out to check what the forums said to do, and then it was active, i’ve changed the password 4-5 times, I can still log into the forums and support section, just not the game as I dont have this authenticated code lol.
Woe is me.
Update – downloaded the authenticator app to iphone, this account isnt registering the same codes so yeah someone has uploaded their own authenticator for some reason..
quite annoying.

Hiya, as stated you really need to wait. Updating the post her will have zero influence on the process. You can always update your original ticket by replaying to the auto confiirmation message.
