Hi,

My friend got hack? maybe?. He registered His account, put the serial number and info’s. After that, when he receive the confirmation He confirmed it. When He is about to login the account, its invalid, not registered. When he try to register again, the serial number was used.

any thoughts?

He can’t use recover account, because He doesn’t have any character name. I’ll try to talk to him later about this.

Submit a ticket? Also, what info was he using to log in? His account name or his email?

He use email when He tried to login, same as me too.
