My email and my account is compromised. I made a ticket : #820799 and was contacted by your staff to make another ticket with this number , mentioned above.
I still didn’t get any replies, I know you guys work hard but I’m unsure if I created that second ticket right.

I just want this to get solved so I can enjoy the game.

You don’t say how long ago you created your ticket and how long ago it was that you got your response from support. Any answers depend on this information.

If it’s been at least 24 hours since you got a response, check this thread: https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/account/Not-Getting-Our-E-mails-Hotmail-Yahoo-Gmail-Comcast

If it’s not an email problem and it’s been it’s been 3 days or longer since you got a response, you can post in the above stickied thread, tickets for review-3 days and older.

If it’s been less than 3 days, then it’s still in process and you should wait a while longer.

Okay , it hasn’t been 3 days, its been 24h but I will wait 3 days before posting again, thanks Astral Projections for the info.
