Guild Wars 2

My account was hacked from California this morning and I already submitted a ticket, cleaned my computer and re-enabled google authenticator along with the password change. Besides giving support my cd key initially in the ticket is there anyway to speed up the process or is it just one of those things that takes several days regardless?

Creating a ticket and posting on the same day is frowned upon.

You will have to be patient and if you hear nothing within 3 days, you can post your ticket number in the sticky on the front page of this sub-forum, tickets 3 days and older.

I am certain support will fix this issue but you will have to be patient.

Well I was just wondering if there was anything else I can add to the case that might help them more. I’m just one sad panda because my fiance and I play this all the time together so that is gone until it is fixed. Sorry about the post
