My account was hacked last week and i submitted a report and requested a roll back Today on trying to log in the game said my account had been terminated for gold selling. Is this termination part of the roll back process or has there been some sort of mistake? Just looking for clarification.

It’s likely a mistake. I’d recommend updating your ticket to let support know what happened.

Hmmm thats a little disappointing that it was an error. Have submitted ticket hopefully it will be sorted out soonish.

Did you submit a new ticket? Cause that will delay the process and should never be done.

Update your first ticket with the new info. And closed the new one.
