So, my account got hacked and it got suspended, i contacted support and support restored my account, when i tried to log in it asked me for e-mail authentication and everything was just fine. I never logged in with the account until yesterday and what i found was a character with a strange name used for selling golds(mail was full of ppl saying that i did that but it just wasn’t me and IP can prove it). I deleted the character, used the transfer to get on my friends server and started playing. Everything was just fine until this morning when i logged in and it says to me that i’ve been banned for selling gold. Now, it wasn’t me and support should know that since they had to resore my hacked account, but what i’ve to do now to play? I paid almost 60 euros to play a game once and get banned, i’m sure no one meant it but seriously help me out
