Q:
Account Suspended
ArenaNet Communications Manager
A:
I really don’t have time to review each issue like this on an instantaneous basis, where “I was blocked 20 minutes ago. Please tell me why.” For information, you must contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to assist you and explain what took place.
But perhaps I have help by telling you that blocks are seldom instant. Our team members get reports 24/7/365. An agent then needs time to review the issue and make a decision about how to react. Therefore, the account can be blocks hours after an incident of offensive chat or inappropriate in-game behavior.
For tips on what information to provide in a ticket, please read this post.
If you find you still need help after three days, feel free to post in the Tickets for Review thread, which is at the top of this Account Support sub-forum.

You probably said something offensive before you went afk and got reported.
it is impossible I said nothing, I just logged,, queued for wvw and went afk, it is really impossible
Then your best bet is to wait for Gaile. It could be from previous days as well.
I hope someone will tell when where and how it is really something I don’t understand
Just because the suspension was today doesn’t mean the violation occurred today. It could have been something you did in the past and it is just now catching up with you.
I never did anything wrong or spoke over the avarage map chat language , never sent private message to insulte anyone, so if they just tell what I did it would be good.

Usually when Gaile looks into these issues she presents a statement regarding the violation without quoting it directly of course. No offense but often people post here saying they did nothing wrong only to have it revealed that they were indeed in violation.
I will wait for Gaile to tell me where and when so if I did anything wrong I’ll avoid do it again.
No offence taken of course
It is possible that something you said days ago is what has caused the suspension. If you said something that another player filed a report on, someone at ArenaNet will review that report and act on it if required. It is not an instantaneous reporting system, it is retro-active and reviewed by a live person before actioned.
