Account Suspended error code: 45:6:3:2114

I was playing and the game closed, as I tried to reopen received the following error message “Your account GUILD WARS 2 was suspended” their access will be restored in approximately 72 hours.

Error code 45:6:3:2114

I ask the technical team to explain why! before 72 hours!
