Account Suspended for unauthorized access. Please help restore access.

Incident: 121007-000208
I received no e-mail regarding my account suspension and the message reported by the game login UI indicates my account may have been accessed by an unauthorized user.
Error code: 45:6:3:2114
Build: 15623
It provides me with no way to re-authorize myself or any information as to what type of access (IPs or something) that indicate that it was accessed by someone unauthorized to do so.
I play the game from 2 different locations. Is this the reason for the suspension? Why not send me an e-mail about the suspected unauthorized access with a method to restore it?
If restoring it will take 3-4 days, I will be rather disappointed as I just started a week off from work, and I was hoping to play this game. Please help.

Worse, yet, my account on the support website is also suspended, so I can’t update the ticket with my serial number.

Don’t know if this helps but the support site uses a different account name & password than your Gw2 account, so if you don’t have a support account already, you’ll need to make one.
I’m also in the same boat, though. My account is locked due to unauthorized access supposedly, but never received notification of the sort until I tried to log in to Gw2 tonight. I think it’s because I accidentally accepted the 1 copper from an in-game gold seller mail when I meant to return to sender after reporting it, haha

I tried to “Create an account” and it told me it already had my e-mail address/username on file.

I had it send me my username. Apparently the support account details had not been confirmed. Confirming the resultant e-mail allowed me to access the support website.
