One ticket is all you need; multiple tickets actually slow down a response. If it’s been more than 3 days, you should post one of the ticket numbers in the sticky thread of tickets for review and then close the other.
so i’ll remove one then but what should i do if i dont get a reply? cus this is realy getting on my nerves
Have you checked your spam and junk folders? Has it been 72 hours with no reply?

well it’s about to be 72 hours, but ill post the ticket number in the thread after that.
so well my support account has been disabled now, feels that the staffmembers doesnt want me to play the game…
There is an email address you can send to without having your support account. I don’t remember it at the moment, and I’m trying to find it for you. You can just email them, give them your ticket number, explain your support account isn’t working, and go from there.

If you bought your game directly from ArenaNet as a download, try searching your email for the phrase “Serial Code”
Well i got a reply for a GM now and i got my account back. Tho after finaly getting my account back i notice that my character has been transfered to another server. My main server was Jade Quarry and my character is now stuck in Fisher of woe can can a gm fix this issue or do i have to pay to get my character transfered?…. (from EU back to US)

Well there is a couple of options.
First is an account rollback, which is an once in a lifetime service so if you use it and you get hacked, you can’t have it again. For the rollback you will need to contact support and ask for it. You will lose everything you do from now to then though so it’s probably best not to play.
Second, if you have low level characters, is to delete all then you can transfer for free.
