My display name is jics.3261, I’m just borrowing this account from my friend here….
I was playing Guild Wars 2 around 10:20 am GMT + 8 December 18,2012.. I was participating in a group event when I got disconnected.. and said that my account was blocked.. When i relogin.. my account was terminated due to tampering or modifying the game… and it was in violation of the rules and regulations…i thought that it was maybe an error.. so i tried to relog for a few more times… but the same still it said the same thing…..

I just bought my Guild Wars 2 account this month December 9.2012… I was able to play it for about a week…. but when our internet connection has suffered a problem I can only rarely play Guild Wars 2 if the internet connection was ok….

I already sent a ticket at the guildwars 2 support website…
and this is my ticket #121218-000471

Thank you… Please help me resolve this problem…

Wait, your post is a little confusing. At first you say you were playing on Dec 8th then you say you bought your account on Dec 9th. So you either missed out some information or got your dates wrong.

If your ticket was created 3 or more days ago with no resolution then post your ticket in this thread: https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/account/Tickets-for-Review-3-days-and-older-merged/page/57#post925084

Ah I read it NZ style, we put the date before the month ie Dec 18th would be 18-12-12 or 18th December 2012 etc.

My bad try using commas or something to separate your GMT deviation and the date lol.

Anyway, if your ticket is 3 days or older post your ticket number in that thread and Gaile will get it prioritised asap.

Hi Roiyel,

If you have already sent a ticket to support you just need to waut a bit. As bluestone has stated, if your ticket is 3 or more days old, please post it in the provided thread so it can be taken as a priority.

An additional info regarding tickets, remember to, if needed, update your ticket but don’t open additional ones on the same issue. That would only slow down the process.
