What is the progress on the ticket (595432:Re: Request received: 595319:Account Terminated)? My brother has Severe Autism and Guild wars 2 is a huge part of his coping with life.
sorry for the duplicate ticket from replying to an existing ticket’s message received email, didn’t know it would create a new ticket.

He is pretty much in despair right now. We Really need an answer one way or another soon.
Please Respond.

I suggest seeing “Account Hacked” its a thread where I have had similar issues. I recommend setting up an authenticator for his account as well as changing ALL your passwords to include the email associated with your account. If you look at the recent activity be sure to notice anything outside of your general living area as accessing your accounts, that is not you! Make sure to set up some sort of two step verification on your email as well. Hackers won’t stop! I hope you get your account back soon!
