To the Account Management Team of Arenanet,

I would like to check why did you suspend this account “Alfimi.3209” ?
This account is not even more than 1 week, and it’s only a 3 days playing which cost me 77.99 USD.

I have send you using the contacting support. Please reply ASAP, thank you.
