Posting for a friend. How long does it take to review a ticket for “Account blocked due to unacceptable behavior. Please try again after block has expired.” ? He doesn’t know of any breaches in conduct.

Ticket in question is 938859.

… and they should get back to him within three days. If more than 3 days then post the ticket number to the over 3 day sticky.
