Just a heads up, every time you submit a new request you get put further back in the queue.
If you aren’t getting the automated email confirmation, you need to try a different email address. Otherwise, there is (at least was) a sticky about not getting their emails and to try that. If you aren’t getting the automated message, you won’t get any emails either.
