I just created my account after buying the game and getting email verification that my account worked and is able to be used. I am currently using that account to type this in the forums obviously. But every time I log into the game, it says that my account does not exist. Is it typical of Arenanet, that when you send them a email about the problem, that it takes them over a week to respond back to atleast acknowledge that they recieved your email and that someone has viewed it and is looking into the matter? Or does Arenanet commonly just blow off people and take there $60 dollars and laugh at them when there account does not work, and do nothing at all to fix it? This has to be the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have EVER gotten from any gaming company. Not to mention my original account was for ever closed for not logging into for 6 months while deployed overseas. I am extremely dissapointed that Arenanet decides to do absolutely nothing to help people and force them to buy new copies of the game, and then when the new copy doesn’t work either, just continue to laugh at you and refuse you a refund.
