Account hacked
By submitting multiple tickets, you delay your chances of getting your account back.
You might try reading this thread here about not getting emails .
And close out your second ticket. If you need to say anything to them, update your first one.
If you are not getting our mails, please do visit the post linked above. I strongly believe you’re using an e-mail provider that is blocking our mails, but there are steps you can take to try to work around that issue.

I tried again with another email. Still no reply
Are you submitting your tickets through here: https://help.guildwars2.com/home or to support@guildwars2.com? You should get an automatic response reply right away. Did you try contacting them with another email provider?
Just trying to troubleshoot the problem. =)
I just looked at your multiple tickets. I think perhaps your e-mail account has been hacked. I can’t tell for sure, but someone on our team replied to someone yesterday. Have you tried submitting from a completely different e-mail account and provider, referencing the tickets you’ve submitted?

Yes i did try and sent a ticket from a completely different email address. I got a confirmation email that i submitted a ticket on that. Should i also send a ticket from a different provider?
What is suggested i do?
Could i please have a look at my problem? It’s been 5 days already.
1. Shutdown all programs, run anti-virus/keylogger check.
2. Download, or use, a seperate anti-virus program and run that also, preferably one that you know to be safe or your friends have suggested as safe.
3. After running the two security checks, go to your email, and change your password.
If you change the password, before running anti-virus checks, any keylogger present will then have your new password to your email account.
4. Use your Ticket # that was provided to you by Anet Support in all responses to anet from this point on, unless directed by Anet Support staff otherwise.
The reason I reckomend two seperate Anti-Virus programs to be used, is one will pick up something, that the other definitely missed. And you would be surprised what some big brand name security services miss.
Also, if something does show, it’ll show which file it was in your computer, and the name of the file. This can easily tell you, what things to never download again, or what sites to never go to again. Most keyloggers are Trojans, and usually are 3rd party programs that you purposely or accidently downloaded.
Then again, Target did have that data breach, and Yahoo.com admitted in January a Data breach back in December of 2012. So if your a Yahoo user, I fully reckomend you run virus checks, then change your own password right now. And if you shopped target online and used the same email/password as you do in the game…same thing.
If you receive an email from anet asking for your password, do not give it, and do not click any links. They don’t need your password, because they HAVE your password. The password is only used to login into the game, it’s not used as a Personal Verification of account ownership.
