Well my account got hacked 5 days ago, and i submitted a ticket and still have no respond from it, all i’ve been doing is spvp because all my wallet things are gone, my collectibles and items (armor/weps).

What can i do?

• also; there was no e-mail authentication message in my mail

If you have received no response whatsoever, you might consider that your email account has also been compromised. Make sure to change your password immediately.

If you have received the recognition of your request automatic response, remember that CS is a bit overloaded at this time, and will address your issue ASAP.

You can, after 72 hours of no response, post your ticket number in the Sticky above for ‘Tickets 3 Days and Older’ for review. Good luck.
