Your boyfriend will have to wait to hear back from support. Posting here will not escalate response to his support request. Support responds to tickets in the order they are received. Unfortunately, the items taken from the guild bank will not be replaced.

maybe you/your friend should post there:
If it has been less than 7 (seven) days, you should not post in the Sticky thread listed above.
Your friend need only wait for the ticket to make it through the queue.

Maybe what the Dev meant was that a player can access the Support web-form through the links found on the forums.
Or, the Dev wasn’t aware of how the CS Team deals with Account Issues. I’m sure every employee doesn’t know all the department’s protocols.
Regardless, the OP will find assistance from the CS Team using the proper channels. =)
