The message you are getting is very likely an issue that the provided log-in details are incorrect. If you changed your password and verified your emailadress is correct I advise you to contact support:

Already done that and they just tell me to reset password again but thats not the problem it must be something else

Then please update the ticket with the information that changing the password doesnt help. I suspect you got the initial automatic reply to filter out the people who can help themselfes. When you update it, the ticket will be reviewed by a real person. If that allready was the case, then by updating you let that person know the answer didnt help.

Cannot log into support now and everytime i request support to send username and password change it just sends me my actual account name
I’m having issues with the client down load. Haven’t been on in a couple weeks, now the client won’t down load one remaining file. Not sure whats up, should i re-install?
Remoe, your issue is unrelated of this one. You might want to check the technical support section. It is know bug wich can be solved with a workaround. You need to set your download language to a foreign language (e.g. french) and after downloading back again to your normal language.

My wife is experiencing the same issues. As she can’t log on, I am asking in her name. She is only sporadically online and had issues logging on before. After a password reset (she said it asks the serial code off her? you are supposed to keep that?) she could log on again but now receives notice again that the information is wrong.
Originally her account was a trial account during the Lost Shores trial. When we upgraded, her account number (the number behind the forum name) incremented and she appeared double in the game. This issue has been resolved but I highly suspect it has something to do with that? Would that be a possibility?
