I just recently purchased this game I’ve tried everything I know of. This has never happened to me in an mmo ever where after buying the game this happens. Yes I’ve had caps lock off and done the whole thing of my login I typed it in slow, I’ve used my account name and email address. I tried even getting a password change error cause of a server issue. I even submitted a ticket. I even tried to reset password and no email was ever sent. I have also checked my junk/spam folder completely empty I check my emails on a daily basis so I would know if something was in there I’ve waited about a little over an hour and tried to re log in or even check my email still the same problem and no emails. This is very frustrating because I feel like I am being robbed of my money cause I just spent $20 to play this game with my friend and here I am $20 gone from my account and basically no game to play. I’ve tried to log in on my friends computer wouldn’t even work there he logged into his account on my computer and it works perfectly fine goes straight through. I just want some kind of solution and if not a solution my money back cause this is ridiculous for a game that’s been out this long and having problems like these…..

Hmm…you can log into the forums, so you should be able to log into the game using the same information.

It was once stated that there was a time lock-out on trying to log-in with incorrect information a long time ago. I have no idea if that is still active.

Remember, it is your password and the email address you have associated with your Game Account that you use to log-in.

Tickets may take up to 72 hours for a reply. I hope the issue is solved as soon as possible.

Yeah once I’ve first logged in I used my email and I know for a fact the information wasn’t incorrect. Thank you for the response though at least I a getting some feed back and help from somebody

I got the same error code, ticket has been submitted.

please let us know if it was sorted out and how if possible . im getting this error from time to time

Mine is sorted, opened a support ticket, was solved within 24 hours.

I can run it on my PC with no issues, but there is this error on my laptop, from which i am posting this. I have Hewlett-Packard Elitebook 840, Core i5 CPU, 8gb of RAM, GPU integrated Intel HD 4400, win 8.1. I guess I wont get further here without submiting ticket.

You can post over in the Tech Support sub-forum, where those more experienced in such matter will be. That is where connection-type queries are handled.

The move to consolidate all Account and Tech support issues was made after that post. The sub-forums previously were separate.

Hopefully, you followed advice, and submitted a Tech Support ticket.

Just had this problem and I contacted support. They replied within the hour and told me that errors starting with 11 are password issues. I reset my password and now it works! hope this helps
