My account name changed from Tattare.7980 to Tea Tart2785 why and whats up with that?

When I log on now it says Welcome Tea Tarts. thats not me but when I log on it shows all my characters. People in guild say sometimes it shows Tattare other times it shows Tea Tart.

april 1st is over Tea Tarts needs to go.

Have you tried filing a supportticket at https://en.support.guildwars2.com/ (ask a question)??

All I know is that if your accountname changed the guildroster has a bug for not always changing it. So it might be that your account name changed fully legimate (atleast technicly).

Support can see what the reason is, what the cause is and if this is your error, their error or a third party issue

Yeah I don’t know man.

The only time they change your display name is if it’s offencive. I looked it up in google and the urban dictionary and didn’t find anything. Maybe i’m just not seeing it.

Derogatory name for a group of people in Sweden. Maybe someone Swedish saw your name and reported it.

If so, you have no chance of getting your account name back.

Yeah I saw that one, but it list the equivelant as being gypsy or travaler.
