You will get a response back via the email address you used in the ticket.
BTW: sometimes ANet suspends an account when they believe it has been hacked. They do this to protect your account from being looted further…and to prevent gold farmers/sellers from using your account to hide their activities.
Also just as a heads up, if you happen to not hear from the team within 3 days there is a thread stickied here in this sub forum to help. Just remember to include the support number as well. Hopefully they can fix everything before then though.
