Guild Wars 2

Hello. Literally 10 minutes ago my account was suspended. I do not know why or for how long. Could someone help?

It normally tells you how long when you try to log in. For example the standard for a first time language violation is 72 hours. I have never experienced it myself and don’t plan to but I think if it was for a language violation it says so.

Keep in mind that if you have been suspended it may not be for something in the last few hours or what not, it could be for a violation earlier that has just been followed up with by Anet.

It does not say anything about why or how long my account is being suspended.

Does it just say “suspended” then? What do you see when you try to log in?

Saw it now. It says “Your guild wars 2 account has been terminated for a breach of the User Agreement and/or Rules of Conduct. This action is permanent” Is tthere a way i can contact Anet and figure this out or is it only through support?
